How pricing works

Each subscription includes a bundle of monthly units that your AI agents can use across voice and text. You can start with a smaller plan and upgrade as your inbound volume grows.

  • Plans are billed monthly, with no long-term commitment.
  • If you exceed your included units, extra usage is billed at the unit rate in the table above.
  • Voice and text consumption both draw from the same pool of units, so you can adapt to how your customers prefer to communicate.

What counts as a unit?

Units are calculated differently for voice and text so you only pay for real AI engagement, not idle time.

Voice sessions

  • Short sessions (under 30 seconds) or voicemail: 0.15 units
  • Standard sessions (30 seconds to 3 minutes): 1 unit
  • Extended sessions (over 3 minutes) are billed in 3-minute increments, for example:
    • 3–6 min = 2 units
    • 6–9 min = 3 units
    • 9–12 min = 4 units, and so on.
  • Failed dials (no answer or busy line – outbound scenarios): 0.02 units
  • Spam call protection: calls auto-disconnected within 30 seconds. Longer spam calls can be reported with session IDs for billing credits.

Text sessions

  • Standard sessions (a continuous back-and-forth exchange within 15 conversation turns): 0.5 units
  • Extended sessions: an additional 0.5 units for every 15 agent messages (or part thereof).
