1. Services
AI-Global Cloud provides AI telephony, Managed IT services, and hardware leasing. Services are subject to availability in the San Diego region.
2. Hardware Leasing
Equipment (Dell Servers, IP Phones) leased remains the property of AI-Global Cloud until fully paid or the lease term ends. Client is responsible for insurance.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our telephony services for illegal robocalling, spamming, or harassment. Violation will result in immediate termination.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI-Global Cloud is not liable for indirect damages or business interruption caused by carrier outages or internet failures.
